$1,000 for the 2026/2027 Season

Our monetary sponsorship package provides direct financial support to Jollynose MTB Park and HVMBR while giving your business exposure throughout the riding season.

Your Sponsorship Includes

Logo Placement on Club Shirts

Your business logo will be included on Jollynose MTB Park and HVMBR club shirts.

Sponsor Banner at Jollynose

Your business will receive an approximately 1m x 1m sponsor banner displayed within the Wizard car park area.

Logo on the Top Deck

Your business logo will be displayed on our Top Deck, one of the most recognisable and photographed features at Jollynose MTB Park.

Social Media & Club Recognition

Your business will receive recognition across our social media platforms and club communications throughout the sponsorship period.

Product & Service Sponsorship

We also welcome businesses that would like to support Jollynose through the contribution of products, equipment or professional services.

These contributions play an important role in helping us maintain the park, support our volunteers, run events and continue improving what we can offer our riding community.

Because every product or service contribution is different, these sponsorships are considered individually.

Select Product & Service Sponsorship when registering and provide details of what your business would like to contribute.

A member of the Jollynose crew will then contact you to discuss your contribution and confirm the sponsorship arrangements and recognition available.

Selecting Product & Service Sponsorship does not automatically provide the same inclusions as the $1,000 Monetary Sponsorship package. Sponsorship recognition will be agreed based on the nature and value of the contribution.

Logo Artwork Requirements

We want your business to look its best on our shirts, banners and signage.

For professional reproduction, sponsor logos are required to be supplied as an .EPS vector file.

If your logo has been professionally designed, your graphic designer or branding provider will most likely already have an .EPS version available.

At a stretch, a high resolution PDF may be suitable, depending on how the original artwork has been created.

Please be aware that files which are not supplied in .EPS format may not be compatible with the professional design and production software used for our shirts and signage. This can result in reduced image quality, incorrect reproduction or colour discrepancies.

Supplying an .EPS file helps us ensure your logo is reproduced as accurately and professionally as possible.

Following registration, your logo artwork can be supplied to hvmbrclub@gmail.com.

Sponsorship Deadline

To maximise your sponsorship exposure and allow sufficient time for the production of club shirts, banners and signage, 2026/2027 sponsorships must be finalised by 30 September 2026.

Sponsor banners and signage are planned to be installed in time for our Christmas Ride in December.
